1.  Westminster Theological College and Seminary (WTCS) was organized under the Westminster Education Institute, NGO in May 2011.

2. Under the first President Rev. James Hwangbo’s leadership, WTCS established three departments: Pastoral Education, College, and Seminary on August 26, 2011.

3. The Board of WTCS was formed in December 2011 in California, and elected Rev. Bryan H. Kim as the Chairman of the Board.

4. In February 2014, WTCS purchased 1.5 hectares of land for the future school Campus in
Villege Snou Kiet, Sankat Snor, Khan Kamboul, Phnom Penh.

5. The Board of Trustees of WTCS decided to rename as Westminster World Mission Foundation
(WWMF), and elected Rev. Kyusong Park as the Chairman of the Board on January 26, 2015.

6. WTCS launched “Summer English Academy” in June 2015. This program is to be run annually to
seek possible students for College through intensive English training.

7. WTCS started Th.M. Degree Program from fall semester, 2015.

8. The Board of Trustees of WWMF elected Rev. David Kwon as the Chairman of the Board and
appointed Rev. Dr. David Yuhan as President and Rev. Dr. Sang Yong Park as Academic Dean of
WTCS on January 26, 2016.

9. WTCS held Ground Breaking Service at the new campus site on April 20, 2016.

 

10. WTCS held New Campus Dedication Service on April 26, 2017

11. The Board of Trustees of WWMF appointed Rev. Kilho Lee as the Chairman of the Board at the new campus on April 26, 2017.

12. WTCS has registered as Westminster Seminary Cambodia (WSC) from Ministry of Cult and Religion, Cambodia on July 30, 2019.

13. The Board of Trustees of WWMF appointed Rev. Hae Keun Choi as the Chairman, and Rev. James Kim as General Secretary on January 27, 2020.

14. CPC ordained seven pastors – Rev. Pheak Ny and Rev. Atoka Swu on February 16, 2016; Rev. Sarath Sous on March 20, 2017; Rev. Silong Oum, Rev. Sokha Chan, and Rev. Sophal Uk on November 20, 2017; Rev. Vuthy Chun on March 18, 2019; Rev. Il Kwon and Rev. Sang Min Jin on March 9, 2020, Rev. Maxim Faroganac on March 22, 2021, Rev. Hosto Asumi on October 21, 2024.

15. Rev. Roger Kim is inaugurated as the third President. Dr. David Yuhan is installed as a President Emeritus on September 30, 2021.

16. The 13th Commencement is held on June 7, 2024 with the total of 9 graduates: 5 Pastoral Education, 2 Master of Divinity and 2 Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

17. Rev. Youngmin Eom is inaugurated as the fourth President on June 7, 2024.

 

18. Missionary John Yuhan began his service in February 2025.

19. The 14th Commencement is held on June 6, 2025 with the total of 8 graduates: 3 Pastoral Education, 2 Master of Divinity, 2 Master of Arts in Religion, and 1 Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

 

20. The 15th Commencement is held on June 5, 2026 with the total of 7 graduates: 2 Pastoral Education, 1 Master of Arts in Religion, and 5 Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

21. The current total enrollment of WTCS is as follows: 24 of College, 1 of Master of Arts, 4 of Master of Divinity, 5 of Master of Theology students and 30 of the Pastoral Education. The students’ body consists of Cambodian, Indian, Chinese, Myanmar, Vietnamese, Lao, and Nigerian.

22. The total number of graduates as of June 5, 2026 was 146: 4 Master of Theology, 29 Masters of
Divinity, 27 Masters of Arts, 44 Bachelors of Arts in Theology, and 51 from Pastoral Education.
