Board of Trustees

Westminster Theological College and Seminary (WTCS) is governed by Westminster World Mission Foundation (WWMF). WWMF consists of 15 Trustees all of whom have served as faithful ministers or elders in Christ's church. Each Trustee subscribes to the confessional standards of Westminster Confession of Faith. All corporate powers are exercised by or under the authority of the Board of Trustees.

WWMF was founded in May, 2011 with its initial name of Westminster Education Institute (WEI), as a non-governmental organization, and the Board of Trustees renamed it WWMF on January 26, 2015. Its head office is located in the USA and its office on the spot is in Cambodia.
